1.1. Stelario Casino is operated by Altacore N.V., registered in Curacao, and its subsidiary Altaprime Limited in Cyprus acts as a payment agent.

1.2. These Terms and Conditions constitute a lawful agreement between the user and Stelario.com. All users must comply with these terms.

2.4. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed. Duplicate accounts will be blocked, and any bonuses or winnings from duplicate accounts will be canceled.

7.1. Users can contact Customer Support for any complaints or disputes.

7.2. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to Stelario’s licensing authority.
